How much does camp cost?
FREE! ExploreAg camp sessions are fully funded through the Ohio Farm Bureau Foundation.

Where will campers stay?
ExploreAg camp sessions will be held on university campuses and campers will stay in dorms. The first two sessions in Columbus will be held on the main OSU campus. The third session will be on the campus at Central State University. The forth session will be on campus of OSU Agricultural Technical Institute.
What will campers need to bring?
Campers will need to bring enough clothes, bedding, towels and toiletries,along with any other personal items, they would need for the week. Campers will have free WiFi in the dorms and are encouraged to bring a laptop or tablet to use to complete evening assignments. Group computers will be available for those who do not bring one.

Will my child be supervised? Who will be working with them and teaching them?
ExploreAg has selected awesome counselors who are fully trained and are current college students in the fields of agriculture sciences to lead students in their camp experience. Counselors will be with the campers at all times during the day and in the evenings in the dorms for support.

Camp director, Marissa Mulligan (OSU Extension Educator - Franklin County), will also accompany students on all field trips, lab activities, and will be available in the dorms in the evenings for support.

All counselors and staff will be required to pass full background checks in accordance with Ohio State and Central State policies.
